Here at Banffshire Partnership Limited we have many volunteering opportunities.

For all of our volunteer roles we provide uniform and full training and development throughout your time with us.

Opportunities currently available include:

Volunteer Passenger Assistant
As a Volunteer Passenger Assistant, you would be part of the Community Dial A Bus Team helping to provide a vital and “first class” service for our passengers who all have difficulty accessing public transport. The role would include helping passengers on and off the vehicle, helping carry shopping to and from the vehicle and into client’s homes, also ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for the passengers in our care.

Volunteer Driver

As a Volunteer Driver, you would be part of the Community Dial-A-Bus Team helping to provide a vital and “first class” service for our passengers who all have difficulty accessing public transport. The role would involve driving one of our three specially adapted minibuses on pre-arranged Dial-A-Bus Journeys. All of our drivers have suitable minibus training prior to driving our buses. The role may include helping passengers on and off the vehicle, including the use of disabled access equipment for which suitable training will be provided.

Volunteer Event First Aider

As a Volunteer Event First Aider you would be part of our ever growing Event First Aid Team. We are always on the lookout for keen and motivated individuals with an interest in First Aid. We are experiencing high demand for our services and as such would love to increase our volunteer base.

We cover some large profile events all over the North East of Scotland including the Scottish Traditional Boat Festival and The European Piping Championships in Forres.
